Additionally, you'll find modern conveniences close at hand, with several hospitals including Parker Adventist Hospital, Sky Ridge Medical Center, and Castle Rock Adventist Hospital within easy reach. 2. House Layout Welcome to the basement apartment at Harmony Haven. Enter through the garage door (the third space in the shared garage) and key in your private code, then head down the stairs to find your serene retreat. The living area opens up to the bedroom, and a convenient kitchen is just steps away. A full bathroom completes the cozy setup.

4. Are there any rules related to guests? Guest Visits: We understand you may want to have friends or family over occasionally, and our space can accommodate up to three people overnight. You're welcome to have guests stay for a couple of days at a time, but please be mindful of the intended occupancy of the space, which is primarily for one occupant. Ensure that your guests respect the other house rules during their visit to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all.

5. Kitchen Our kitchen is your culinary haven. Enjoy a gourmet coffee station featuring a Keurig latte machine, french press, and pour over set. Starter coffee and sugar are provided for your ease. Inside, discover a full-size refrigerator/freezer and a convenient two-burner stove tucked away in the pantry, along with a griddle. For quick meals and snacks, you'll also find a microwave and a versatile toaster/air fryer oven at your disposal. Please only use one kitchen appliance at a time, as two or more will overload the breaker. If you do happen to overload it, there is a breaker box in your garage space, and you can reset it. It is breaker #26.

7. Garbage Waste Disposal Instructions Kindly transport your trash and recycling to the garage where you'll find large bins. Please use the bin with the blue lid for trash, ensuring that the trash is securely placed in the provided bags. For recycling, use the bin with the yellow lid. Our recycling is single-stream, so feel free to mix hard plastics, paper, cardboard, and more together. Please note: NO plastic bags are allowed in the recycle bin. Your effort in eco-friendly disposal is greatly appreciated. There is no garbage disposal, so please take care to remove any food debris from the sink.

8. Parking Parking Details Your private garage space and the adjacent driveway are at your disposal for convenient parking. Abundant street parking is also available for your vehicle. We kindly ask that you refrain from parking in other driveway spaces, and when hosting guests, please ensure they follow the same guidelines and avoid those areas as well. Your cooperation is greatlyappreciated.

9. Security Access Code Information Your unique entry code serves for both your garage door and the entry door. To operate the garage door keypad, simply input your code and press "enter." For the entry door keypad, tap with three fingers to wake the system, then enter your code, and finally, press the check mark button for seamless access. Your code is your key to a hassle-free stay.

10. Pool/Hot Tub Community Pool Access: Our community pool is a delightful amenity available to both owners and tenants. It's open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. To enjoy a refreshing swim, head over to the pool at 17301 Clarke Farms Dr, Parker, CO 80134. The friendly attendants will request your name and address, so kindly inform them that you are guests of the Mahoneys for a relaxing day at the pool.

11. Streaming Services TV and Roku Instructions: Our television is equipped with a Roku device, granting access to a variety of streaming services. To get started, simply locate the remote on the arm of the living room sofa. Press the red power button in the top corner, followed by the menu button. After waiting for approximately 10 seconds, the TV will be ready for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy your entertainment with ease!
